Training Replay
The single most important thing you can do when returning back from break is to treat the first few weeks back just like it is the first week of school again! We need a complete classroom reset starting with routines and relationships at the forefront! In this training, I am going to walk you through exactly how to reset your classroom so that you can start fresh with anything that wasn't going well before break and make the most of the second half of the school year!

Training Replay
What if I told you that you can stop trying one behavior strategy after another and that you can finally have a clear, simple, and sustainable classroom management plan that actually decreases disruptions? In this training, Gina is going to share the 5 essential parts of an effective classroom management plan so that you can leave the behaviors and disruptions behind and get back to doing what you love most; teaching!
Classroom Resources

CHAMPS Agenda Slides
This right here is the difference between surviving and thriving and were the BIGGEST game-changer in my classroom! With these CHAMPS Agenda Slides, all students are accountable to follow classroom expectations and to stay on task. I continually received praise on how well my classroom was managed and I give all my credit to these slides!

CHAMPS Agenda Slides
Reviewing routines and procedures has never been more fun or engaging! All students love a good game of jeopardy and with this editable template you'll be able to quiz students on each of your expectations to ensure you're all on the same page as you kick off the second half of the school year!

Routines and Procedures Checklist
When resetting your classroom after winter break, it's important to ensure you've thought of each of the routines and procedures you had previously and thoughtfully decide if that's something you want to continue with or maybe recreate. With this checklist, you'll be able to think through each of the routines and procedures in your classroom and check them off as you go.

Student Names Checklist
Want to talk about one small thing that can eliminate huge headaches? It's this little slip of paper! There are so many uses, I won't be able to name them all, but a few of my favs include using these checklists for keeping track of permission slips that are turned in, homework and missing assignments, daily VIPS, who has presented, etc. Simply type in your students names, print, and paper-clip to whatever you're keeping track of. I promise, you'll never go back!
Winter break is the perfect time to rest and recharge—but when students return, it can feel like starting all over again. And that’s a good thing! A fresh start is your golden opportunity to reignite your classroom, refocus your students, and set the stage for success in the second half of the year.
Here’s the truth: students thrive in a classroom where expectations are clear, relationships are strong, and structure is steady. That’s why taking the time to revisit routines, rebuild connections, and re-energize your teaching is essential.
✨ Imagine walking into a classroom where:
✔️ Students know exactly what’s expected of them because routines and procedures are crystal clear.
✔️ Every child feels seen, heard, and included, thanks to renewed and intentional relationship-building.
✔️ The energy is positive, the focus is sharp, and everyone is ready to tackle new challenges together.
The best part? You don’t have to figure this out alone. Whether you need strategies to rebuild relationships, tips for reviewing expectations, or inspiration to reset the tone in your classroom, we’ve got you covered.
Don’t let the chaos of post-break overwhelm hold you back. Make the most of this fresh start and create a classroom environment where students are ready to learn, grow, and thrive.
👉 Let’s reset, refocus, and rebuild together!
